Bug Description
We need the snap functional equivalent of "apt-get source $FOO", for snaps (at least for snaps that have source code available).
Ideally, this would clone a git repository, at the precise revision in time, that is representative of the binary on my system. Furthermore, I'd like to be able to rebuild the snap, too, so I might need the snapcraft.yaml, too.
