Have a variable for the target distribution

Bug Description
Currently i have identical recipe files that only differ by distribution name in the version:
```
# git-build-recipe format 0.4 deb-version {revtime}
# git-build-recipe format 0.4 deb-version {revtime}
# git-build-recipe format 0.4 deb-version {revtime}
```
Would be nice if there was a `{distribution}` variable, corresponding to the value of the `--distribution` flag.
