Adding ftp.rediris.es as an official mirror

Hi,

  I have already created a question stating my problem, (https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/646727), but nobody seems to have an answer yet.

To add some background, we now have new hardware in place, and are mirroring back again complete distributions, being ubuntu (even if we are not an official mirror according to the actual list) one of the more popular. I have tried to update the information about our mirror, but have a couple of issues:

  - former sunsite.rediris.es does no longer exist, in favour of ftp.rediris.es (hence sunsite.rediris.es can be deleted)

  - ftp.rediris.es-release is claimed by a person not belonging to RedIRIS, and only lists ftp, although http/https (and now rsync too) are available.

Anybody can help me updating the information?

This isn't a bug in Launchpad's code.

Hello William,

My apologies. I tried to find a project that better fit the mentioned issues... it seems there are several 'mirror' related projects (none seemed related to mirroring or updating mirror information, but with software projects). Since the changes I want to make are under domain launchpad.net [*], I guessed it could be related to launchpad itself, so I picked it.

Any idea of what door could I knock?
