Unable to send files via bluetooth since upgrade to 16.10

Bug Description

To replicate:
Select "Send files" in either the bluetooth control panel or under the bluetooth indicator menu. Select a file in the dialog that appears, click the "select button"
What happens:
The dialog closes, and there is no evidence whatsoever that any attempt to send the file has been made.

This feature was working correctly in 16.04.

This is an unsupported release now. Please think to install the next LTS 'Bionic 18.04'
