[2.x, UI, backend] MAAS dashboard shows maas registered containers that were removed

Bug Description

MAAS dashboard shows discoveries that were previously known/registered in MAAS. For example, juju registered containers in MAAS, the machine was released (hence, containers removed), however, these re-appeared in the device discovery dashboard.

This should not be the case provided that MAAS removed the device and it should only re-appear if it is re-discovered.
