After bug 1699755, this test was found failed on Artful again with kernel 4.11.0-11

The ftrace header check for 4.12 should also be used for Ubuntu 4.11 headers. Minor fix required.

Checked against 4.12.0-6-generic and 4.11.0-8.13-generic, fix works fine with the regression tests
