Pattern Paintbrush

hi there,

what i want is a paintbrush tool, wich can load a svg
image. everytime i press the mousebutton, the svg image
should be painted (imported?). also randomization
should work. values to randomize the rotation and
scaling of the object. better would be, to integrate
that in the existing pattern function, so i can do a
'alt+i' to define a object as a pattern wich i want to
use for painting it.
