Domain name not correctly populated in User list

Bug Description

I have logged in "Default" domain, and there is a user belongs to
another domain "swift_test", I can see the domain name in it's
detail page, but null in table colume.

I can reproduce this in the current horizon:
1. Start devstack with the swift options enabled, i.e. add this to your local.conf:
   enable_service s-proxy s-object s-container s-account
2. After devstack starts, login as the admin and navigate to Identity > Users
3. The user swiftusertest4, which is created by devstack, has a Domain Name of '-' in the user list table.
4. Click on the 'swiftusertest4' name to view its detail, which shows that its domain name is 'swift_test'
