Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

Abhijeet Ravi Raj, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better.

1) Regarding bluetooth, this appears a known issue due to the vendor not providing upstream support:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-lts-trusty/+bug/1355096

Regarding WiFi:

2) Could you please provide the full computer model as noted on the sticker of the computer itself (not from the Bug Description, or the result of a terminal command)?

3) Is this something that started to happen after an update? If so, which?

4) To see if this is already resolved in your release, could you please update your HWE stack as per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/LTSEnablementStack and advise to the results?
