a preview icon in pattern menu

There is no preview icon in pattern menu, the function
used to build marker icon could be reused.

And functions/UI used to build pattern can be used to
build marker.

I think this two objects (markers and patterns) are
really linked and some functions used for one could be
reused for the other,. The difference is final usage
for drawing (tiling of pattern, orientation of marker
following path). For the both in long term a window to
chose patter/marker could replace actual menu or be
added (as brush/pattern selection in gimp for exemple).
