Subfolders Documents, Downloads ,,, missing in Home folder

Installed from: Ubuntu 17.10 "Artful Aardvark" - Alpha amd64 (20170703)
usual subfolders Documents, Downloads, Music ... are missing in Home folder.

problem reappeared on the last daily: Ubuntu 17.10 "Artful Aardvark" - Alpha amd64 (20170717)
and has been not solved with today updates.

may be the problem is in user-setup: home directory is filled from `/etc/skel' but `/etc/skel' contains only examples.desktop

created a second user ... also the new user has an incomplete home folder

Still having the probleb with: Ubuntu 17.10 "Artful Aardvark" - Alpha amd64 (20170807)
after install I have saved the whole directory /var/log and I attach it here hoping to help debug this problem. Note I don't have the problem with all installations from daily up to 0710.
