Seen VN and Interfaces count mismatch in Monitor->Networking->Project page with Analytics

Bug Description

VN and Interfaces count mismatch is seen in Monitor->Networking->Projects page when compared to analytics.

In analytics there is 10 vns are shown. But in Project page it is showing as 7 vns only. The same issue is seen for interfaces also.

Build: R4.0 - 20 build

Network monitoring page VN's and VMI's count mismatch
is different pages

VN's and VMI's count mismatch is there between the VN & VMI
summary page compared with dashboard.

Reason is we are displaying union of config and analytics
response in VMI summary page and dashboard it is only analytics
response. In case of VN service VNs are excluded in dashboard
and included in VN summary page, fixed both issues now the
count is matching across all the pages.

Update the test cases.
