Bug Description
version: Ubuntu 16.04.2
Pressing "ubuntu software" icon there are updates that cannot be installed (the progress bar hangs after a time). I tried "sudo apt-get update" but it does not update the packages.
$ sudo apt-get update

Furthermore I could not remove or install e.g. wine from command prompt. Restarting the PC does not help.
