Custom vector brushes

One cool feature would be the capability to draw vector
paths, with variable width, color, transparency,
according to pressure sensitivy from a Wacom pressure
pad. Some dialog with values to be affected by the
wacom (width, color, transparency, etc..).
Another cool thing would be the possibility of the
creation of custom vector brushes, or the inclusion of
a custom vector brushes library, with possibility of
presets selection/load/save, so that you could create
paths, using one of the vector brushes presets, and
varying width/color/transparency.
Just an idea ;)

Would be very nice if a table worked with the paintbrush tool
talked about in feature request #1029622.

The original submission by anon has some great ideas, and I
think the best starting place would be if it gets coupled
with the "calligraphic line" tool, as that tool would be
much more powerful then. And this also ties into the custom
vector brush item anon mentioned, as it would be the best
starting ground (hopefully the relationship is clear).

for varying color and transparency the Gradient Path
(#1014548) would have to be introduced first though, I think.
The "calligraphic line" is a relic from Sodipodi and I
remember that nobody really understands it.
Rather see it as a chance to make a new calligraphic tool.

Okay, the first part of the RFE (pressure support for Wacom)
is implemented.
Unfortunately, this is a compound RFE, can't be closed until
the other features are implemented. I've renamed it to
focus on the second set of features:

* Creation of custom vector brushes

* Custom vector brushes library with loadable presets

* Variable width/color/transparency paths

I think variable strokes is fairly challenging to implement
so am putting it at low priority (although I know a lot of
people would like to see it...)
