OpenSSL Link 404 in tls-proxies section

In the examples section of TLS proxies, the following text contains a 404 link anchored to 'ciphers':

The original link will be redirected to "https://www.openssl.org/docs/manmaster/man1/ciphers.html", seems it's from master branch not the latest release of OpenSSL.
