"Whole object fill only" for patterns

The pattern fill capability is *great*!

I have one suggestion, but have no idea if this is easy or hard...
As an option it would be extremely useful to be able to specify "whole
object fills only" that would only print the tiled object if it can be
done in a non-clipped fashion.

For example see the attachment.

See in the polygon on the lower right, that only whole shapes are
shown. Objects that would be partial fills are excluded.
