Bug Description

When marking an item damaged for a circulation that has been archived (aged/purged), the user receives the following error:

*** Failed to get string staff.cat.util.mark_item_damaged.item_no_linked_patron in bundle /xul/pines_rel_2_11_1/server/locale/en-US/cat.properties

A look at Open-ILS/xul/staff_client/server/locale/en-US/cat.properties shows that indeed that string is missing. It appears to have been missed in the fix to bug 1497335. Branch on the way.
