Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 17.04 (zesty)
2. Install libreoffice
3. Try to install libreoffice debug symbols
Expected results:
* User is able to install libreoffice-dbg package.
Actual results:
* User is unable to install libreoffice-dbg package.
