Strings for time at login screen located far right

Hello, I'm using eos Loki 0.4.1 on both virtualbox and laptop.
In login screen, string of PM/AM in "Kanji" located far right and
half of a character cut off.
I'd like to ask re-position those characters, or just use AM/PM instead of
using kanji, even if we chose Japanese as system language.

Please take a look attached screenshot. It saying 10:09 PM in Japanese.

I guess this problem happening on only in Japanese, or maybe in Chinese too,
since AM/PM in kanji takes more width than alphabet of A and M or P and M.
