[keystone_v3]not able to update the project from dashboard,quota information missing

Keystone V3 mainline build 3077 mitaka HA setup

From openstack horizon

I am able to create project in non default domain.
When trying to upadte like adding users and roles its failing due to missing quota information.

keystone v3 fixes went in after 3077 build.
need to test in new build lowering the priority as of now
