I am a Novice user
Ubuntu update just never finishes.
I leave it for a 2 or 3 hours
Rebooted and it hung again

I had this problem about a month ago
Reinstalled 16.04.2 LTS
Same Problem it didn't Work
Reinstalled 16.04.2 LTS a 2nd time
Same Problem it didn't Work

Switched on a few day later it work fine !

Now I have the same problem again

Internet Connection is OK

I have the default software installed and I have installed Rosegarden Music Software it appears to work but I have read that I need to install QSynth but I haven it installed it yet.

Just tried update again got Package uuid-runtime error2.27.1.6ubuntu3.3
It asked if I wanted to send error report I said Yes
It wouldn't let me report it
So I tried to update again
It worked fine. I don't understand what is different this time.
