Bug Description
Our company color is CMY 0, 66, 88. When I apply that color to objects, it often happens that a) the color is not correct but the values seem to be right or b) the color looks good but the values do not match.
You can see this in the screenshot (issue type b). The mouse chord and the mouse have the same color. However, notice how the values differ in the Fill and Stroke panel. The hexadecimal color code is identical.
Unfortunately I do not have steps to reproduce yet.
To me it does not seem to be a duplicate of #166622, since I'm not cycling between color spaces.

Duplicated with Win8.1-64, Inkscape 0.92.1 r15371.
Note that UI elements are missing (slider labels, fill-rule).
It can take a number of repeated clicking on/off of objects in the canvas to trigger the issue. Doesn't seem to matter which object.
