The sosreport plugins must collect containerized services configs/logs as well

Logs collection part is addressed in the spec https://review.openstack.org/#/c/462900

Collected config paths need to be appended from the /etc/foo to /var/lib/config-data/foo/etc/foo as well

Some collected commands, like 'pcs bundle foo' needs to be added also.
