Bug Description
The RGB/CMYK values showed/set in a fill/
stroke dialog. (wow! three dashes in one sentence ;-)
now the
value one might set for each color ranges from 0 to 1.
I think the range should be standard for each color
space i.e 0 to 255 for RBG and 0 to 100 for CMYK.

It's not 0..255 everywhere. Why do you think CMYK uses 0..100?
