Bug Description
ocaldialog.h makes use of the gtkmm ListViewText class, which is only
present starting in gtkmm-2.4 versions >=2.10.
The attached (one-line) patch makes the configure script check to be sure
that a version of gtkmm >=2.10.0 is present before attempting to compile.

I don't know if this patch is not already obsolete, because i think at least gtkmm 2.10.7 is required.
