Bug Description

New Request
===========
Please remove phablet-tools and goget-ubuntu-touch and all their binaries from artful. goget-ubuntu-touch does not build in zesty or artful and I don't think anyone is interested in maintaining it in Ubuntu at this time. It can be re-added later if someone volunteers.

phablet-tools also fails to build (pep8) but I don't think it's very useful without ubuntu-device-do and ubuntu-device-flash.

Background
==========
Since Canonical's Ubuntu phone project is ending and no one has stepped up to maintain Ubuntu's android-tools fork, we are syncing the Android stack from Debian.

This benefits users by allowing them to use the latest adb and fastboot instead of an old copy.

There are a few obsolete binaries that need to be removed to make this happen, because Debian's android-tools is only built for a limited set of supported architectures (not ppc64el or s390x).

Original Report
===============
Please delete these binaries:

android-tools-fsutils for ppc64el and s390x
ubuntu-device-do for ppc64el
ubuntu-device-flash for ppc64el

These are listed on update_excuses.html or update_output.txt

I would personally opt for the removal of goget-ubuntu-touch as we don't have any maintainer of it since at least one or two years - and no one will really pick it up. My only concern is ubports users as they're still using the tool to flash their devices with the community-based ubuntu-touch. This for sure still shouldn't make us want to maintain it, but I'd like to at least reach out to the community and see if they can take ownership of the tool.

The most feasible solution I would see is to move the goget-ubuntu-touch source package to a preferably ubports-owned PPA and then removing it from the archive so that we're not blocked by it any further. This is possible even now as I see their magic-device-tool wrapper adds the ubuntu-sdk-team PPA when looking for ubuntu-device-flash.

I also let mardy know in #ubports to try to make sure they know that Unity8 and phablet-tools and goget-ubuntu-touch will likely be dropped from Ubuntu 17.10 soon. They're already maintaining their stack in PPAs and I think that's meeting their needs ok right now.

With that said I think we all agree that goget-ubuntu-touch's sources and binaries can be removed from the artful archive.
