Bug Description
The Gnome Compatibility plugin does not allow Alt-F2 to be set for triggering the Run dialogue. When set, it is unset a second or so later. The MATE Compatibility plugin, which might interfere, is not enabled.
Compiz version 0.9.12.2 on Ubuntu 16.04.2.
