Bug Description

The attached python, inx, and svg files implement and describe an effect
for making N-up cloned content layouts with inter block padding, cutting
guides, etc.

The .py and .inx files should be placed in your extensions directory.

Extension committed in the trunk, revision 10603.
Slightly modified to support different units (the original only supported px). UI modified for consistency and readability.
