Need non-udisks2 dependent USB tests for platforms without udisks2

Currently USB tests require udisks2 snap to be able to be run.

For platforms that do not have this snap pre-installed, additional steps to manually install and connect udisks2 are required during checkbox setup.

Requesting to add/use USB test cases that do not require udisks2 snap instead.

@kristin I believe we already have tests that do not rely on udisks2. Is there a particular platform that is attempting to run tests using udisks2 when it shouldn't?

Alternatively do we just need to improve the test summaries to make it easy to identify these tests?
