Buttons without icons

Some buttons in the tool bar are without icons

It appears on a 64 bits image, some array of PNG data are not decoded correctly.
It is a P6 64 bits problem.

The PNG data bellow is decoded correctly on 32bits Pharo but not in 64bits pharo

It is an upstream problem related to P7 64 bits. We won't fix it and it is now fixed upstream. Still we stick on P7 32 bits for now. Close this ticket.
