webclient: session voided doesn't include totals voided within full details

Bug Description
In the Bills screen, there is a line "Session Voided" that tracks the total dollar amount of voided transactions in the current session. However, if a bill is opened with "Full Details" and then selected line items of that bill are voided, the voided amounts are not totaled as part of "Session Voided".
Marking confirmed as it was originally spotted by Jason Etheridge and confirmed by me.
