Bug Description

With https://bugs.launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/+bug/1677694, purge code has been removed from the analytics-api. Please remove the database purge option from UI.

Remove database purge option

Have removed the option to purge DB from
UI (Monitor/Infra/Database Nodes)
