Add datastore selection for the vSphere provider

At this time (2.2rc1), when bootstrapping on vSphere, the provider does not offer the option to select the datastore where the instances will be stored.
Juju will pick the first result of the array of datastores returned by the API and consider this a valid answer.

In some cases, the user that Juju cannot write to this "default" DS, and the bootstrap fails.

We have a requirement to be able to select the datastore, for both bootstrap and unit placement, in order to complete a project.

  While we wait for this change to arrive. Is there any way I can create a datastore that will be the "first one picked up" by juju?

@Javier, sorry, I didn't see your comment until just now. I'm not aware of a way to force a particular datastore to be used by Juju. The 2.2.2 release is underway right now, so you shouldn't have much longer to wait.
