'Notes' field in 'Manage Accounts' should wrap text

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new/empty xhb file
2. Click Manage / Accounts menu item
3. From the Manage Accounts screen, click Add, enter a name and click ok
4. In the Notes field, enter a long sentence and you'll notice that the field doesn't wrap (the screen extends)

What should happen:
The text should wrap and the window size should stay consistent

I can confirm this issue using Homebank 5.1.5 and Xubuntu 17.10.

I would also like to add or at least to make clear that it's not possible to make the window size smaller and force the text to wrap.
