Bug Description

Was trying to start up computer it would not take my pass work and would not sht down. I turned it off and waited a while and got the logo and then it worked
I use firefox and windows problems a great deal a long with streamin

That's very much not the package's fault. you probably interrupted an update, or the file system got corrupted, those kind of issue.
If you are still having trouble for it please contact some support channel.
