Bug Description
Given a commitish (locally) -- propose it for merging in Launchpad (actually create a MR) and submit it for review. Ideally, (until we have LP integration) this might also cause a linter run to occur.

That is great as discussed, once existing in its basic version we should discuss on options.
E.g. --no-merge-proposal or something if people just want to use it for their ppa instead of merging into the trees.
