2017-06-07 16:29:38 ERROR juju.worker.
What in the world does this mean "are you responsible?" "I don't really know".
If it isn't actually an ERROR the user needs to think about, its not an ERROR, *maybe* a WARNING, but it should indicate what is going to happen and if there is anything we need to do.
