Bug Description
I am using a Logitech C922 Webcam. It's always pluged in. At system start the webcam isn't identified. So i can not use it. I have to restart the computer or plug off and re-plugin the webcam. Then it works fine.
The further problem is that i cannot set this webcam to system default.
