Pasting on dvorak layout (still) doesn't work

Bug Description
I originally described my problem on Stackexchange, where I was told it was probably an older version of Pantheon Files and I should try to reinstall. But my installation is only a couple of days old, I am running Loki and Pantheon Files 0.3.4. I did manually reinstall Pantheon Files anyway as per the suggestion, but the problem persists.

I then stumbled upon a similar bug report on Launchpad which implies that Ctrl+K works for pasting, but in my case it doesn't. I don't know if it matters which dvorak layout is in question, so I tried US dvorak, Swedish dvorak, and programming dvorak, it didn't work on any. I don't know if that bug report can be bumped, so I am opening a new one.

Copying with Ctrl+C works normally, but pasting only works with right-clicking and then choosing Paste from the dropdown menu.
