pdf export with bounding box

Bug Description

Replace pdf_output.inx, copy eps2pdf.sh file into
$PREFIX/share/inkscape/extensions and epstopdf
somewhere in the path.. as result you should get pdf
files with correct bounding box...

Tested with Linux only.

We now have native pdf export (preserving bbox nicely)

I came across this problem with LaTeX. Using \includepraphics{file.pdf} on a pdf file saved by Inkscape gives me an error message:

!LaTeX Error: Cannot determine size of graphic
                                                   in...(no BoundingBox)

on my Mac. On my Windows machine, it seems to work fine, probably due to a different LaTeX distribution?

I'm not sure if that is a LaTeX or Inkscape problem.

@beiermann - same Inkscape version on both machines (0.46 or 0.47pre)?
