Bug Description

This has been seen in activity mode.
When LastDivergeIndex (the route index where the route bifurcates after a reversal point) is smaller than the route index of the platform, the opposite station holding signal is selected. This however makes sense (at least in activity mode) only if the reversal point is not far from the platform.
There are however at least two cases where this is not true:
1) push-pull trains using same forward and reverse path
2) paths that have a second reversal point in the same route section where the first one lies. In this case LastDivergeIndex is set to zero, therefore it is always lower (or at the maximum equal) than the route index of the platform.
This malfunction has the effect that the option "Forced red at station stops" does not work.
