"Show results from all libraries" is not an option on mobile devices

When viewing the OPAC from a mobile device the option to "Show results from all libraries" does not appear.

This is an issue for BC_ILC libraries that have been scoped to search only the home library (ex BCRE)

Patrons are not able to expand the search to other libraries in BC_ILC zone.

Is it possible to add this option?

Attached are the screenshots showing the result list when I was narrowing down the tab on a computer. On a cell phone with 5" screen, I see screenshot #3 if I hold the phone vertically, #2 if horizontally. On a phone will a narrower screen, you can't see #2.

Refine these Results button shows up when the facet area is gone. Click the button, the facets are displayed, but the result list is gone.

When screen is narrowed to certain extent, all the checkboxes on the grey bar is gone. I tend to think the grey bar is replaced by another bar with the 4 buttons (screenshot #3 & 4) (white bar).

Possible solution: 1. make Show Results from All Libraries a 5th button on the white bar when the grey disappears.

2. add new bar for Show All checkbox, which will not disappear when the screen narrows.

Please note that the Show All checkbox shows up for selected libraries only

This appears to be fixed as of 3.9 BOOPAC - checked on an actual phone (Pixel 4a, Chromium) as well as looking in browser tools at various widths / phone dimensions.
