kube-manager container's log files not seen in /var/log/contrail on the host

Bug Description

R4.0 Build 15 Ubuntu 16.04.2 Container setup

All the contrail containers are expected to have their log folders mounted so that they are accessible from the host
But we see that contrail-kube-manager's log folders are not mounted

Added support to view log files of kube manager in host

Mounted host dir /var/log/contrail/kubemanager as /var/log/contrail
in kube-manager.
