ksh: remove binfmt-support dependency

Bug Description

ksh does not depend on any binfmt-support, however such a bogus dependency is declared in its metadata aka control file. This should be removed.

One problem e.g. occurs in linux containers, where one does not want binfmt-support, because useless and just causing problems: It causes systemctl to report, that the system is in degraded state because the related service always fails ...

Sorry it took so long, but this should be addressed in the latest update (2020.0.0+really93u+20120801-7), binfmt-support is now a suggested dependency.
