Bug Description

In Ubuntu 16.10, RtAudio is apparently compiled with __RTAUDIO_DEBUG__ preprocessor definition, causing it to print debug messages that can not be disabled.

It's not specific to Ubuntu.

Debian package compiles with --enable-debug flag.
