Bug Description

An updated xfce4-weather-plugin was released to copy with ABI change, current plugin in Mint repositories displays "No Data". Please update the Mint package.

synaptic says xfce4-weather-plugin installed is version 0.8.6-1 and according to http://goodies.xfce.org/projects/panel-plugins/xfce4-weather-plugin version 0.8.9 is latest version; also worth mentioning version 0.8.8 notes mention: "Use https://api.met.no, old site has been deprecated and will no longer work"
