Bug Description
Within the attached SVG, one can see that the limitation of the fill by many tool is due to the fact that the tool does not take into account of the line section that aren't part of the region which is intended to be filled. Every of those 7 cases are created. Fill by Many works only on closed shapes of one shape. The fill by many shape is a promising tool to replace the bitmap-based paint bucket tool, and I believe with further development, if the LPE tool works well, there may be a paint bucket tool which automatically select shapes which are part of the region, and this is applied to the object.
