contrail-repo container is created on all nodes even though inventory said otherwise

R4.0 Build 7 Ubuntu 16.04.2 Container setup

My hosts file for ansible provisioning is this :
The contrail-repo is requested to be setup on 10.204.216.58
But after provisioning, it is seen that all these nodes have a contrail-repo container running

repo-containers are not released. tgz is the supported way of of installation contrail +K8S in R4.0
