Possibly the same problem as bug #1691752.

Looks like an actual problem.

LXD parses the iptables rules and then calls iptables -D on the ones it needs to remove, so that suggests that either something was listed despite not existing anymore or netfilter is now failing to remove a rule that used to work before.
