multipathd: DM multipath kernel driver not loaded

Upon startup the multipathd container prints the following:

May 18 12:56:54 | DM multipath kernel driver not loaded
May 18 12:56:54 | /etc/multipath.conf does not exist, blacklisting all devices.
May 18 12:56:54 | A default multipath.conf file is located at
May 18 12:56:54 | /usr/share/doc/device-mapper-multipath-0.4.9/multipath.conf
May 18 12:56:54 | You can run /sbin/mpathconf to create or modify /etc/multipath.conf
May 18 12:56:54 | path checkers start up

We should probably be doing a modprobe dm-multipath as part of the startup of this container.
